We partner with architects to make sure plans include comprehensive specs for flooring, substrates, and moisture mitigation per the application. We’re certified installers for Mapei and Ardex and can review plans to ensure they meet manufacturer guidelines.

Detailed plans also promote clear communication on site between contractors, supervisors, and installers. Specific plans leave little open to interpretation, so there’s less room for assumptions and mistakes that end up costing time and money.

With years of experience on site, we keep an eye out for developments that can cause issues later in the project. This can be especially helpful in cases where architects can’t be on site full time.
